Saison till Systembolaget den 1:e september!

Det är med stor glädje vi meddelar att vår Saison vunnit en fast lansering på Systembolaget. Till en början kommer den finnas på minst 38 butiker runt om i landet men går så klart också att beställa till vilken butik som helst.

Borka borka!

This is happening! Our Angry Chair collab “Swedish Chef IPA” hits the Systembolaget shelves in August.

This crisp and fruity Brettanomyces IPA is dryhopped with Citra, Centennial, Columbus and Mandarina Bavaria. In addition to this we’ve thrown in tons of grapefruit into the fermentor, to get the beer even more juicy and citrusy.

We know you want it!

About dryhopping sours

Not something we do very often, like very much or have any or no particular knowledge about whatsoever.Sometimes we choose to do it anyway to stay cool and hip though.

We’ve made two dryhopped sours before, Sour & Hoppy and EKG Sour, and the third one is being bottled this very moment.

The name is Sur Kaskad and as some of you might’ve guessed we’ve used Cascade in this one.

As always we only use the oldest, most dank and cheesiest hops for dryhopping and Sur Kaskad is no exception.

Do you like our hoppy sours? Shall we continue with this nonsense? What hop varieties shall we use the next time?



This will get one messy afternoon, that’s for sure.

Cassis batch number 15 is getting in to its final shape ready to be drunk by happy tickers and bon vivants.

This is not only the largest batch so far, but also the best one if you ask us.
Release in about three weeks. Get ready!
