Jan 2: 2019, here we come!

New year and new exciting things to look forward to!

The brewery is still closed for the holidays but on Monday we’re back in business as usual and January is packed with fun things;

– A new beer, Mimosa, is going into bottles and kegs. Hint: it’s a Mimosa inspired sour ale! 🥂

– A “clean” fruit beer will be transferred from barrels to a fermenter after four months of barrel aging. These non-sour barrels will then be refilled with three other beers for further aging. 🍒

– Our new gluten-free gose with cucumber, Slice & Dice, will be packaged. 🥒

– We will install a new labeler and conveyer belt as a part of our goal to be more effective. 🎰

– This years Cassis will be packaged. 🍇

2019, here we come!

Oct 31: Kwike

It took us hours and hours to come up with a name for this dry-hopped pale ale, fermented with kveik and brett yeast. Then suddenly someone said Kwike and it felt obvious in a strange kinda way.

Trigger warning: This is not a sour beer!

May 30: Saison Noble

We’ve made a noble saison. It’s called Saison Noble. It’s elegant and somewhat noble.

We do mind you – this is not a sour beer – it’s a brett fermented saison. If you drink this beer and find it to be; -“…not as sour as I expected!”, there’s nothing wrong with the beer in that sense. It’s supposed to be like that. Because it’s not a sour beer. It’s a noble saison, hence the name Saison Noble.

Release at Systembolaget this summer.

Apr 18: Lucifer

Some of you might have heard about our saffron beer Lusse Lelle. It was a pretty nice beer to enjoy during the Christmas holidays but we really felt that it could be a drink to enjoy even in the Swedish summer heat.

Because of that, we put a poll out on our Instagram story to ask you guys whether we should do another saffron beer. The answer was unanimous, so we brewed a beer with saffron and passionfruit.

We can’t wait to see the reactions on this tropic punch with saffron.

Apr 11: All In, Folks!

We’ve made a beer with our friends from All In Brewing!

The beer, called ‘All In Folks’, is a proper Berliner Weisse without any fruits and berries and shit. Just a plain thirst quencher at 3,5% ABV, to enjoy in the Swedish summer heat 🌞

We’ll release the beer at Folk & Friends Hornstull in a couple of weeks. Keep your eyes open!

Feb 1: Alpha Beta

Meet Alpha Beta – packed with beetroot, passionfruit, lime and vanilla. If we were allowed to call it a health drink, we would!

As always, we only use real fruit and veggies. Simply because you guys deserves the real deal!

Jan 8: New caps

Today we got a whole bunch of new caps for the coming Vild series. All of the beers in our Vild series are fermented in oak barrels for at least six months and the beers will mainly be packaged in 375ml champagne bottles with a cork and the new 29mm cap.

We hope to release the first two beers within three months and we are preeeetty excited over here! 🙃
