Vild Vanilj is being packaged today 😋
In August last year we made a collab brew with our Tampa friends, 7venth Sun Brewery.
Sieben is the 7venth beer in our Vild series and we love it. The beer can be ordered through Systembolagets webpage.

When we got the idea to the Brekeriet Vild series, wanting to release beers that are barrel aged, complex and more exclusive – we also felt it was important to use bottles that are significantly different to our standard bottles. We discussed using small champagne bottles with cork and cap, but the most important thing would be the label artwork.
We scrolled through our inbox for illustrators that had reached out to us – and found one that stood out! With great skills in hand lettering and rad illustrations we knew that Andreas Pedersen was our man for the job.
Here is a piece of his great work. Enjoy!
Next up: Brekeriet Vild Hallon with release tomorrow!
Because who doesn’t like hallon liksom?

In just a couple of hours you can order this gem at Systembolaget!
In May last year we brewed a collab with our good friend Nick Zeigler from Magic Rock Brewing.
The beer has been lying in barrels since and was packaged two weeks ago.
It’s developing mighty fine in the bottles and the grand release will be at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen in a couple of weeks.
Everyone needs a Nick Z in their life!
On Thursday we’re world premiering the new Vild series, and what better place to do this than at lovely Restaurant Barr in Copenhagen?!
Together with Vild Cassis we’re offering a lot of other yummy beers on tap and bottles.
All four of us will greet you in the bar area from 17.00. See you there!

New day – new beer!
Zaharra is a collaborative brew made with our Basque friends Laugar and is a Vild inspired by a Flemish red.
Zaharra means “old” in Basque language and is a sweet, sour and complex brew that has been fermented and aged in bourbon barrels for 10 months.
We can’t wait to share this gem with you guys!
